Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Internship to assist our staff in the Product Development laboratory. The ideal candidate will work hands-on with electronic test equipment and will be responsible for prototyping and testing components or sub-systems as well as performing analytical measurements and writing summary reports with statistical analysis. Candidate will participate in the design and development of a new and novel medical diagnostic instrument.
Requirements:
bullet Rising Senior or recent graduate from a BS program
bullet Ability and desire to work a 14 week paid internship program
bullet Some prior design and laboratory experience is essential in one of the
technology areas of: heat transfer, optics, or bio-instrumentation, or instrument prototype fabrication
bullet Ability to perform and design experiments and write summary test reports
bullet Excellent verbal and written communication skills
