Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
A highly motivated and forward-looking individual to play leading role in the commercialization of molecular diagnostic instruments. This person will play a key role in executing an existing business strategy and a business plan intended to support both R&D and the overall market environment. The candidate also plays a role in supporting field testing, which will be conduct in collaboration with R&D division, and in promoting collaboration with other business partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in a biotech company. This person will work closely with internal and external consultants and will report to the Director of Business Research and Planning.
Requirements:

bullet Minimum 5 years experience in business development.
bullet Minimum 5 years experience in IVD, biotech, reagent work.
bullet Wide knowledge of biomedical instrumentation and assays.
bullet Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, a pioneering spirit, flexibility/multi-tasking with attention to detail, teamwork, are all essential.
bullet Educational background in biology, chemistry, molecular biology, or related field.
