Although Canon U.S. Life Sciences is a still-new Research & Development subsidiary of the worldwide Canon group, we are rapidly establishing an entirely new business domain within the life sciences field.
In order to reach that goal, we are carefully applying, refining, and adapting Canon core technologies such as fine optics, sensing, production engineering using nano-technology, and other areas of expertise.
So while Canon U.S. Life Sciences still qualifies as a “start up,” we are experiencing fast expansion and anticipate rapid growth over the next few years as activities and opportunities expand.
