Gregory Dale Director of Product Development Gregory Dale has 20 years experience in the design and manufacture of biotechnology instruments, and has held multiple leadership roles in research, product development, quality control, and manufacturing at Ciba Vision and Cellco. During his college years he founded Dale Instruments, which manufactured its own line of high-speed photographic equipment. Dale earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech (1985), and is a Westinghouse Science Talent Search honoree.
